“We wanted to move into a proactive space within our budget and improve equality and diversity in applications. Socially Recruited did not disappoint. We had a healthy application rate and we were very pleased with the overall look and feel of our campaign. We highly recommend and will be utilising the service again after successfully recruiting to our post.” - NHS Midlands + Lancs CSU
The National Health Service is England's publicly funded healthcare system and the second largest single-payer healthcare system in the world. The NHS employs over 1.2 million people and is much loved by many in the UK.
For this particular campaign, the NHS were looking to recruit a very specific role which was an ‘Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer’. They had tried a variety of job boards, agencies and even tried posting their own advert on social media with very little interest or relevant applications. They were then referred to us by an existing customer.
Using the Socially Recruited platform, the NHS were able to pinpoint the candidates that they needed to get in front of and crucially on all the platforms that these candidates use. These included Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google.
