Tideway London are building a 25km Super Sewer under the Thames to clean up the river for the good of the city, its wildlife and people. They approached us whilst planning to recruit for a number roles, from apprenticeship content producers to cyber security experts. Tideway were struggling to attract diverse quality candidates from job boards and needed an out of the box solution.
Using the Socially Recruited platform Tideway were able to pinpoint their target audiences across the social networks where their audiences were. These included TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. The multi-touch approach took candidates from completely unaware of Tideway as an employer through to applying for one of the many roles.
By using our AI platform Tideway were able to fill all their roles, across cyber security and apprenticeships.
